A front porch is a place to bring your people together, to watch the cars go by, and to stand with you cup of tea and say “we needed this rain.” It’s the stage for some of the greatest storytelling you’ll ever hear. Some of the best memories I have are the family piled up on the front porch, telling stories, while we ate popsicles and tried to stay outta grown folks business.
